Streetcar is a popular loft/condo building with industrial-style modern loft homes. You'll find small studio lofts here as well as large two-story lofts on the top floors with huge terraces. There are also a limited number of street-level live/work lofts at Streetcar along Marshall, Lovejoy and 11th Avenue. Since there are so many residential lofts in this 7-story building you'll usually find a pretty good selection of available lofts for sale.
